The master bedroom overlooks the rear garden, swimming pool and views of the surrounding mountains and plains, there is access onto an outside balcony from this room Situated off the master bedroom there is a separate dressing room which contains a range of fully fitted wardrobes and cupboards, on both sides of the room. An en-suite, with designer sanitary ware and fittings, pale sand coloured marble floor and wall tiles there are two sinks, a large shower, and WC in this beautiful room

EXTERIOR

There is a large driveway to the left hand side of the house, at the rear of the house is a large covered terrace with a built in BBQ and built in sink a place to relax and enjoy eating out on during hot summer days. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn, an outside toilet and wash basin are in the corner of the garden.

A bore well, which provides water to the swimming pool, irrigation system and outside WC is sited near the garage.
At the rear of the garden a door takes you out to the rest of the land and the livestock buildings.
To the rear and right hand side of the property there is a enough land (3500 square meters approx) on which to build a second house, or on which to keep horses or other livestock.
