Project Management is a professional service that is offered to clients, who require the assistance and expertise of an experienced Project Manager, to ensure that work carried out by Contractors is planned, time bound and of the highest quality.  Project management services are especially helpful to people who

• are not able to be on, or near, the site for periods of time and supervise the work
• have no expertise in construction or building work
• do not speak the local language
• do not have relationships with reliable workers who can complete the work to the desired standard

Detailed schedules are produced, together with costings, meetings with architects, engineers and contractors are arranged with the Project Manager who is the person with the overall responsibility of the site, keeping the client informed as to the progress of the work being carried,  resolution of unforseen problems with all the various contractors, on the clients behalf.  We approach our project management responsibilities by  

• Regularly providing reports and photographs of work progress to the client
• Ensuring that deadlines are met
• Conducting quality assurance visits to the site to ensure that the standard of work required is being met
• Trouble shooting by resolving disputes, both legally and financially on behalf of the client

Our Project Manager is Keith Whitmill, who has owned his own Structural Engineering Company in the UK, and contracted to both the MOD  (Ministry of Defence) and the PSA (Public Services Agency).  In addition he worked for Restormel Borough Council as an Estates Manager, valuing and selling off assets, working with contractors when buildings were being restored, or new private works were in progress.  Keith Whitmill is also a qualified Business Adviser to SMA's (Small and Medium Businesses).

Having worked in the Construction and Shipping Industry, Local Government and the private sector he has a vast range of profeesional skills and understanding of Professional Project Management
