Detailed schedules are produced, together with costings, meetings with architects, engineers and contractors are arranged with the Project Manager who is the person with the overall responsibility of the site, keeping the client informed as to the progress of the work being carried, resolution of unforseen problems with all the various contractors, on the clients behalf. Project Manager is Keith Whitmill, owned his own Structural Engineering Company in the UK, and was contracted to both the MOD (Ministry of Defence) and the PSA (Public Services Agency). In addition he worked for Restormel Borough Council as an Estates Manager, valuing and selling assets, working with contractors when buildings were being restored, or new private works were in progress. Keith Whitmill is also a qualified Business Adviser to SMA's (Small and Medium Businesses).
Having worked in the Construction and Shipping Industry, Local Government and the private sector he has a vast range of professional skills and understanding of Professional Project Management
