Second set of double gates take you down a separate driveway to the lower terraced garden, more parking space and external access to lower ground floor.

To one side of this lower terraced garden is a wisteria covered terrace, next to which is sited the Hunters Garage and kitchen, so called because you can park 4 cars in the garage, but in addition, at the rear, there are huge ovens and kitchen units, if you had been out hunting for the day, this is where you would cook the spoils of the day, and enjoy the company of your fellows! There is a cloakroom in one corner of the building
This building could easily be converted into separate living accomodation.

There is a further lower terrace hidden amongst the trees, a lovely secret hidaway!!
